Returns & Cancellations

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or tampered product, you may raise a return, exchange, or refund request within 7 days from the date of delivery. A complete unboxing video showing the package from all sides and the product received is mandatory for claim verification. Upon successful verification and approval of the claim, the refund will be processed within 4 business days and credited to the original payment method within 4 business days.

IMPORTANT: Upon receiving your order, you must record a continuous unboxing video of the package before opening it. The video must clearly show all sides of the package, including the top, bottom, front, back, left, and right sides, along with the shipping label and package condition. The video must continue without any cuts or edits while opening the package and displaying the product received.

For any claims related to damaged products, defective products, missing items, incorrect products, exchanges, or refunds, the unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared with us via email at care@mangofusion.in. Refunds, exchanges, replacements, or claims may not be processed if a complete unboxing video is not provided.

To return an order, send us an email with your order details, including the order number and email ID used at the time of purchase, at care@mangofusion.in.

The package should be returned as received along with all trims and accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) and the original invoice.

Worn, used, altered, or damaged products will not be accepted.

Please pack the products carefully and place one copy of the invoice inside the packet/box along with the products. Make sure you write our complete warehouse address and phone number on the package.

Our Refund Policy

On return of any product, we shall refund the amount towards it within 7 days from receipt of the product in our warehouse.

 We will make a refund to the bank account of the registered name of the customer.

Our Exchange Policy

Products that are delivered correctly as per the order placed are not eligible for return or refund.

For apparel items such as T-Shirts, Tops, Dresses, and other clothing products, customers may request an exchange for a different size, subject to product availability.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing us at care@mangofusion.in.

A reverse shipping and re-delivery charge of INR 99 Rs. will be applicable for each exchange request and must be borne by the customer.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Mango Fusion reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the returned product does not meet these conditions.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel any item before they have been shipped from our warehouses.

In case the item has been shipped; there will be a reverse shipping charge of Rs. INR 99 on cancellation.

The refund amount will be credited back into your bank account within 7 working days.

What If I receive a wrong product and I want a refund?

In case you have been sent a wrong order, and you want to return, a total refund will be issued within 7 working days once the order reaches back to our warehouse. No reverse shipping charge would be levied in such cases.
